From east or west off I-90, take the Taft Exit 5 in Montana (5 miles east from Lookout Pass).

From the South, go through St. Maries and take FH 50 East to Avery, then proceed North on FS Road 456, also known as Moon Pass, for 9 miles. There is parking for about 18 vehicles at the Pearson trailhead.

The Silver Comet Trail

The Silver Comet is a paved pedestrian rail-trail located 13 miles northwest of Atlanta, Georgia. It is 61.5 miles long, free of charge, and travels through Cobb, Paulding, and Polk counties. This quiet, non-motorized trail is for walkers, hikers, bicyclists, rollerbladers, horses, dog walkers, and is mostly wheelchair accessible.

69,3 miles of the planned 84.5-mile Delta Heritage Trail State Park are currently open. The southernmost tip of the route, beginning at Arkansas City, includes 14 miles of on-street riding on a low-volume, low-speed roadway, the Mississippi River Mainline Levee.
